1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Lyf OS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and, where you install our Android or iOS app, to this End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Eligibility
To create an account you must:
- Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher — 16 in some EEA member states. See our Children’s Privacy statement.
- Be able to form a binding contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who can.
- Not be barred from using the service under any applicable law.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what happens on it:
- Keep your password and sign-in links private. Anyone holding a valid sign-in link can access your account.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
- Provide an email address you control — it is how we verify identity for password resets, exports, and deletion requests.
- One account per person. Do not share an account or transfer it to someone else.
4. License grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Lyf OS app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Lyf OS offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid monthly subscription ("Premium"). Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price, and your payment method (store account or card) will be charged.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's App Store / Google Play account settings (for store purchases) or from Settings inside Lyf OS (for web purchases).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyf OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Continuing to use Lyf OS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
